Summery :
Our Returns Policy stipulates that returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided they are authorized. Damage claims must be lodged within 24 hours of delivery. Parts must remain in their original, unopened packaging. All returns must be in pristine condition, inclusive of all components. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for parts that have been installed, mounted, or used. Returns lacking components will not be credited. We hold no liability for installation errors, nor do we cover any associated labor, towing, or rental expenses. Electrical parts are non-returnable. Freight charges are only refundable in cases of our error. Orders without a provided VIN for the vehicle are ineligible for return. Authorized returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. We retain the right to decline returns that fail to meet these criteria.
Cancellation Policy: Orders or portions thereof may be cancelled until they are shipped and no longer in our possession. If the cancelled part was specially ordered from the manufacturer, a 30% return fee may be applied.
If you order the wrong item or give us the wrong information then we can not guarantee any refund due to supplier policy. So make sure you order the right part.

You, as the customer, bear responsibility for postage costs unless otherwise agreed with Customer Service in advance (excluding faulty goods). Genuine Auto Parts assumes no liability for goods lost or damaged during transit. Follow the steps below for returning items by post:
Adhere to the instructions on the returns label included with your order.
Include the following information with your parcel to expedite the refund process within 24 hours of receipt:
Original order number (found in your order confirmation email).
Product code, quantity, and reason for return.
Return your order to our office.
Retain proof of postage until refund confirmation. Opt for a postage method that ensures the value of the returned item(s).
Upon receipt, all products will undergo inspection, and credit may be refused at our discretion. restocking fees 30% applied for al return.
